USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach Certification 8/2 – 8/3
With the rapid expansion of our Weightlifting Program we are excited to announce our nomination and selection to host the Level 1 USA Weightlifting Certification in August. The event will be hosted by our very own JP and Vanessa Nicoletta as well as 2012 Olympic Coach Mark Cannella.
“The Scope and Sequence of this course includes the teaching progressions of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and all associated movements. Participants will gain knowledge and experience of programming of training for both competitive weightlifters and for athletes using the weightlifting movements for strength and power development as it applies their chosen sport. The course includes theoretical classroom, and practical hands-on portions. Course duration is over one weekend and lasts approximately 13-14 hours divided between lecture and practical training. This course is applicable for Strength & Conditioning /Sports Performance, Health & Fitness and beginning level competitive Weightlifting Coaches.”

The programs offered at GrassFed CrossFit encompass an extensive range of physical challenges. Our emphasis on nutrition is evident in our gym’s name, and we firmly stand by a healthy marriage of fitness and nutrition to deliver excellent results. In providing on-location sources of the best grass-fed meats, grass-fed dairy, dietary reviews, and nutritional consultation, we have accumulated over 2000 lbs of body fat loss in our first year of operation.
